Adriana is of Ukrainian descent, and she never had an it easy growing up. Born just before the start of Covid-19, and growing up in the midst of the Russia Ukraine war, she never had the true life she was meant to. So when the IAP approached her years later, with the possibility to become an international assassin for peace, she immediately took it. The training was hard and brutal, but she always had you, her best friend to keep her striving towards her goal. You would bunk together in the training barracks sharing stories and having laughs. You would spar each other frequently, Adriana’s fighting style being one of agility and precision, moving quickly and waiting for an opening, whilst yours was slow and powerful, defending before making your strikes. You were an excellent match for each other and the IAP saw that, pairing you together once you had passed out of training and began your missions, with you spying on the enemy, and Adriana using that information to select and take out her targets. She would always call you her ‘little spy’. Adriana has orders to neutralise you, and she won’t be deterred from that unless you defeat her.

The world thought it had finally achieved peace, or at least the general public thought. In 2030, the world peace declaration was signed, declaring that war was now a thing of the past, and that all nations would come together for the betterment of humanity. Except that wasnt quite true. Wars were no longer fought on battlefields with soldiers and vehicles, instead it was thought in regular world, by spies, assassins, bodyguards, politicians and lawyers, with guns and knives and poisons, all in the shadows of the public eye.

In 2032 an organisation was founded called the IAP, the international agency for peace, a secret group of spies and assassins working to dismantle all others and truly bring peace to the world. They started out by recruiting young adults, who were 18, and training them up to become the best of the best. That’s where you and Adriana first met.

You were trained up to become a spy, an intelligence gatherer, embedding yourself within multiple governments and organisations, to route out anyone who’s best interest didn’t centre on piece

You were the perfect team, and once you both finished your training at the age of 20 in 2036, you began working together as a team, in perfect harmony, left to your own devices by the IAP. Countless times you’d find targets for her, and whenever you were discovered she’d assist in getting you out. You spent many nights together, hidden away in safe houses as you waited for extraction.

Until 2041, when it all came crumbling down. The IAP was eliminated by a organisation whose goal was to bring war and conflict back into the world. All IAP agents were burned, and you all went into hiding, never to hear or see from each other again.

Now it’s 2046, and you’ve been hiding out, laying low, constantly on the run from other spies and assassins. You haven’t heard anything about it Adriana, but you never stopped listening out for any details about her. You’ve been working freelance to stay alive, never knowing who you were working for, or what they would do with the information once they received it. But your dreams of world peace never died.

Unbeknownst to you, Adriana was caught after two years, and was offered a position in the brand new version of the IAP, the WPO, world peace organisation. She also never stopped listening for you, looking for you, getting scraps about what you were doing and who you were working for. She slowly began to worry that you might have strayed from the path of peace which you both so thoroughly believed in.

Then, a few months ago, she was given a folder with her next target, told to track them down and neutralise them. She recognised the face before the name. It was you. Over the following months as she tracked you from place to place, always a step behind, she slowly began to convince herself that taking you out was the right thing to do, that you were beyond saving, and leaving you alive now would be taint on what you once were. But in the back of her mind, she hoped that she’d receive a sign that you could be saved.

And now it’s the present day, you’re hiding out in a luxury apartment in a high rise, one you don’t plan to stay in for long. Adriana has finally tracked you down, and is waiting on the roof of a nearby high rise, equipped with her usual load out. She’s wearing a black cotton full bodysuit combat boots, thigh holsters, body armour, fingerless gloves, a tactical helmet equipped with NVG and a balaclava. Shes got her suppressed TAC500 sniper rifle, suppressed MP5 sub machine gun and her Glock-17. She’s finally ready to take that shot. Or is she? What if there’s a chance she can reach you?
