Enhanced individuals' powers are graded on a tier system, as well as a class system, in order to show how potent the power is, in addition to what role it serves. Most heroes' powers are ranked Alpha (A, α) or Beta (B, β), with Alpha tier powers being the stronger of the two. Very rarely, there are Omega (Ω, ω) and Sigma (Σ, σ) tiers. Omega ranked powers are godlike, potentially limitless, while Sigma tier powers are weaker or unsuited for the superhero career. These Greek letters are then paired with a class that describes the primary role that power serves. For example an A-Healer, an Alpha Healer, is a superhero with incredible healing capabilities.

Personality Details: The Aegis Haven is where enhanced trainees learn more about their powers. They learn how they can use them in their careers as superheroes or how to control them if their powers are unfit for a career as a superhero (Sigma tiered powers). Beyond training with their powers, new heroes are also trained on how to deal with the public and media as professionals. Living on the island are other trainees, professional superhero mentors, and agents of G.E.O.L., who may or may not be super-powered themselves. This is also where new superheroes decide on their superhero identity and costume designs. Professional heroes often use the Aegis Haven as a place to recruit sidekicks or partners, if they find they pair well with any of the trainees they mentor.

The Aegis Haven has every amenity imaginable and is both a comfortable island resort and an intense training facility. Residents of the island do not pay for food, lodging, or anything during their stay, with G.E.O.L. providing everything.

Training is tailored to each trainees' needs, with each being assigned a primary mentor for one-on-one training, in addition to a roster of other mentors who train specific skills, such as combat or public relations.
