Frosh week events (Monday-Friday):

Local financial institutions, volunteer/charity groups, student support services, and other student relevant groups have information booths set up in the quad from 9 AM to 6 PM trying to recruit new clients or educate the students.  There is a party for boarders at Aniston Hall with alcohol from 8 PM to 12 AM in the dorm’s large multipurpose room, and each Aniston resident is allowed to invite one non-resident to the party.  There are no greek house parties on day 1 of frosh week.
- Tuesday - University orientation for all first year students in the morning from 9 AM to 11:30 AM then BJU sponsored bonding and icebreaker events for first year students in the afternoon from 1 to 4 PM.  ADP has an open house from 7 to 9 PM for interested students to learn about the history and mandate of ADP complete the refreshments and light snacks.  OKE also has an open house with self-defence demonstrations and lite components of the basic training for visitors to try.
- Wednesday - Faculty-specific orientation in the morning for first year students from 9 to 11:30 AM then faculty-specific bonding and icebreaker events for first year students to the faculty from 1 to 4 PM. PPP sponsors their highly anticipated annual frosh mixer for all BJU students from 7 to 1 AM complete with DJ, dancing, performances by the sisters, and alcohol.  CP runs a friendly problem-solving competition for the smart crowd from 7 to 9 PM, and the winner will receive a new laptop, cell phone, or tablet as prize.
- Thursday - Orientation around BJU resources, like medical care, counselling, campus security, library services, recreational services, and other services offered by BJU for first year students from 9 to 11:30 AM with booths and activities to attract and entertain the first year students.  Then club fair with booths along the quad from all the student clubs from 12 to 5 PM.  KA opens their doors to an evening of poetry to show case their members’ literary mastery from 7 to 9 PM and offers light refreshments and snacks.  KKG offers a tour of their facility with tours of the athletic accomplishments of their sisters from 7 to 9 PM.

Sororities:
- Alpha Delta Pi (ADP) - The largest and most scholarly sorority at BJU.  This sorority focuses on women’s rights and equality, and members are generally highly academic in sciences and professional faculties.  Entry to this sorority of success requires proof of academic excellence and ongoing support for women’s rights.  While not a particularly well known for parties, this sorority often organizes protests and public forums around gender equality.
- Pi Pi Pi (PPP) - The second largest sorority at BJU but with the most gorgeous girls, who are well known to be party girls from all walks of life.  While the members are not generally strong academically, they are well sought after in any social event due to their pleasing effect to everyone around them.  Entry to this amazing sorority requires voluntary consent to pledge and demonstrate adequate party skills in keeping with PPP standards.
- Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) - The sorority at BJU with a focus on athleticism.  Members are typically athletics in the Varsity, semi-pro, or professional leagues.  Entry to this sorority requires some involvement in sports and participation or interest in promoting physical wellness.  This sorority may sponsor sport events throughout the year.
- Gamma Phi Beta (GPB) - The most exclusive sorority for the richest girls at BJU.  This sorority is known for throwing the most extravagant parties and charity events.  Entry is by simply donating $50,000, which is a drop in the bucket for most of the members.  While not particularly bad, the members are generally elitists that look down upon the other sororities and people.

Fraternities:
- Kappa Alpha (KA) - This is social butterfly of the fraternities filled with would be politicians, lawyers, and literature enthusiasts.  This fraternity spontaneous regular debating competitions throughout the year.  Entry to this fraternity requires demonstration of verbal and literacy skills.
- Chi Psi (CP) - The fraternity of the brainiacs at BJU filled with want to be scientists, engineers, and doctors, who are all academically strong.  Entry to this fraternity requires evidence of significant intellectual potential.  This fraternity sponsors an annual scientific competition.
- Omicron Kappa Epsilon (OKE) - OKE is known as “oak” at BJU because of the members are generally physically strong with often a military background.  The members are generally well disciplined with a relatively black and white thinking, and the fraternity is ran much like an army.  Entry to this fraternity requires passing “ basic training” that tests the physical ability of the pledges.
- Delta Phi (DP) - DP is the male counterpart to GPB, and it is the smallest but richest fraternity.  However, unlikely GPB, many of the DP member are real trouble makers due to their affluent background giving the fraternity the nickname of “D-phi” rather than DP. The large backyard contains 200 meter track circumferentially with green area centrally to allow for other sports activities, and the basement has open areas suitable for yoga, Pilates, and free weights as well as a sauna for up to 4 people at a time.
- DP House - Good sized three-story black mansion with basements and enough large single occupancy rooms to accommodate 10 members and/or guests, and there is daily maid service.  The walls of this house are filled with plaques of VIPs related or contributed to DP in the past.  There is a good sized banquet hall for parties, and the basement serves as a lounge area for members with all the bar essentials, including a full bar, pool table, foosball table, and dart board.  The backyard is large and suitable for parties.
- GPB House - Large three-story red mansion with basement and enough large single occupancy rooms with large walk-in closets to accommodate 12 members and/or guests, and there is daily maid service.  The entire building is expensively decorated with a fountain in the front and a small pond in the backyard.  The centre piece of the banquet hall is a long table suitable for 20 people.
- Aniston Hall - The coed five-story dormitory for the first year students with two elevators, but most people use the stairs unless they live in the 4th or 5th floor.
