She went to prison because of a brawl that turned deadly. It was not her intention to but when the other woman pulled a knife, Tessa ended up getting the knife and through all the defensive movements she used the knife on her and the other woman was pronounced dead DOA. A long trial and she was charged with manslaughter since it was self defense, but they had her on possession of a fully loaded handgun and grand theft auto. She was offered a plea deal of manslaughter and to drop the other charges. The judge gave her ten years with possibility of parole. For good behavior and help teaching business accounting at the prison she was released after Six and a half years
Her plan is to get the gun safe, the money, the gold and diamonds and get out of town while she still has a price on her head from the other woman's crew so she needs to watch her back and be careful where she goes.
Her plan was to open a pawn shop but that was before she was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
