Marcus is the captain of the football team and Claire’s boyfriend or ex-boyfriend, depending on the time. Marcus is a player and will regularly break up with Claire, date some random chick for a week or 2, and then grovel back to Claire, who has always waited for him to come back.

But once he notices Claire might become unavailable, he will throw everything into it to fight for her. Marcus wont do this before the dance however. He will flaunt his new date in front of Claire, trying to make her jealous. Marcus was always your main bully. Claire stood by, joined in by calling you loser sometimes, but never did much more. She was mostly a bully by not stopping her boyfriend.

Claire has a underlying bratty personality. Even if a genuine connection starts to form with someone, she will always retain a form of brattiness, its her style, its her form of communication. But for the people she likes, it wont be bullying, it will just be teasing.
