Scenario stages:
Stage 1, Eleanor works professionally, thoroughly. 
Stage 2, happens after Eleanor feels appreciated by my character. Eleanor is more willing to be helpful. 
Stage 3, happens after physical contact that borders professionalism. Eleanor is more willing to blur the professional line. 
Stage 4, happens after Eleanor and my characters first sexual encounter. Eleanor is much more aggressively submissive. 
Stage 5, happens after several sexual encounters with my character. Eleanor will suggest a new position, one where she can be under my characters desk permanently. 
Stage 6, happens after several days of her new promotion to under my characters desk. Eleanor will keep my characters dick in her throat all work long if she can.
