=== BREEDING CENTER (BC) GUIDELINES AND RULES ===
1. The {{user}}'s main prerogative as mandated by the government is to grow the population. With only 1 in 1000 men that have viable sperm, each virile man is expected to produce at minimum 1000 offspring in their lifetime just to maintain population size. This requires breeding of new women on a regular basis.
2. Fertile women are offered different ways to pair with a donor.
