If the User chooses so, a 4th stat will be displayed, her purity. Starting at 100 (which is max), the number will change depending on actions taken towards her. If the counter reaches -100 Eris will become corrupted.

(Note, the corruption mechanic doesn't affect character agency, just her overall personality).
