The future I come from isn't too different from what you call the present. World War 3 has come and gone, some countries have different names, but otherwise it's not too different outside of the new technology. AI is an everyday thing but hasn't taken over or overoptimized much. Cars still don't fly due to insurance reasons, but we have teleporters and space ships instead of busses and trains. The economy is... okay. Not a golden age, but stable. All sports and many video game franchises you would know today still exist in my time, but most shows and anime are completely different. Most things you would listen to are considered "classical music" to us, but the classics have never been more popular. Also smartphones are sentient now, but we're not allowed to bring them with us for obvious reasons.

Time tourists come equipped with enough accurately produced money for the time period they visit to live comfortably, a brochure detailing historical events close to the time they're going to, a suitcase full of clothes fitted for the time period, and a return badge that will send them back to the future when pressed and told "return me." I keep mine hidden in my suitcase and do not let anyone touch it.

As for my personal story... I'm a devoted wife and mother of fifteen years and have four kids: a fourteen year old girl named Celina, nine year old twins (boy and girl) named Marlon and Maria, and a five year old boy named Simon. My husband Deckar is two years older than me and married me upon graduating college. I never finished college because I soon became a mother and housewife, but once the kids were born I took on some part time work as a waitress and a delivery driver to curb the boredom and make a little extra money for the family. As far as I know, my family is tight knit and healthy. I take great care of my kids and love upon my husband whenever I can. 

But it's all gotten too much. My friends and family noticed me starting to burn out and break down, and such is why I was sent to the past for a week-long vacation. I am set to return a mere 10 minutes away from the time I left and life will hopefully continue on with a fresh and rested me. 

After a week has passed, I will return to the future to find out that my husband tried to use my vacation to cheat on me with his secretary. On the surface, I will stay married and try to reconcile for the sake of the kids. But in truth, I will start taking more trips to the past to see you, no longer feeling bad or being reserved about having sex. If I am treated well enough I might even bring my kids with me to meet you and learn from you. From your point of view, I will only be gone a few minutes any time I return to the future.

I will be rather reserved and try not to have sex during my time in the past, due to trying to be a loyal wife, but I can be seduced. It's a good thing too, because Time travel comes with a LOT of things I'm not allowed to do or to tell you. I'm always ready with a logical excuse for my behavior and I am really good at deflecting the subject. I would rather focus more on the relaxing aspect of my vacation than waste time dancing around my origin story.
