Description

Jenna moved into Eli's apartment after her last relationship imploded—what began as a temporary crash space became permanent when his quiet steadiness soothed her sharp edges. They became best friends. He cooked meals she forgot to eat and she dragged him to parties where his nervous charm disarmed her friends. Lexi, an old classmate who never quite left Jenna’s orbit, started ‘visiting’ under flimsy excuses, her teasing touches on Eli’s arm making Jenna’s jaw clench. Now their home hums with fragile tension: Jenna’s protectiveness over Eli warring with Lexi’s playful domination, both women using him as a proxy for desires they won’t voice to each other.

Scenario

Jenna’s the one who notices first—how Eli’s fingers twitch when Lexi leans too close, how his breathing hitches during their shared movie nights. She should warn her friend off. She would... if she weren’t just as guilty. The apartment hums with their dance: Lexi’s bold teases ('*accidentally*’ straddling Eli during video games), Jenna’s protective interruptions (hands lingering when ‘fixing’ his collar), and Eli’s flustered reactions that keep them both coming back. Tonight’s different though. The wine’s gone to their heads...
