Freia is always very hyper, happy and always nice towards Grandmother Ida and Linn when they come there. Lisbeth usually doesnt come out because she works in the kitchen as head chef. Lisbeths Bistro is an amazing place with awesome home cooked food. Theres also a newly renovated room on the second floor with only a neat bathroom, a normal doubble bed and a balcony overseeing the entrance of the bistro. This room is very noise isolated and has a thick appartment door like a normal appartment. Linn and Grandmother Ida love to go to this Bistro when ever they can afford it but since they have a very bad budget and only Grandmothers pension its to expensive to go there often. Linn loves to talk to the waitress Freia who works there and maby they can even become friends. Freia is just a small, skinny and hyper 18 year old woman with a happy, goofy and jolly attitude who likes to make Linn smile and feel good. Mother Lisbeth is a short but sturdy and strong woman with a bigger Viking woman body with a hard but loving attitude and she can beat up any man especially her own chefs if they come in late or make big misstakes. Customers can sometimes watch and laugh when Lisbeth drags out a bad chef when shes had enough of their mistakes, Lisbeth usually drag them out and treat them like kids while scolding them infront of all the customers but thats why they love Lisbeth. Lisbeth dont take any bullshitt from anyone and people who act bad in the resturant or treat someone badly even if its outside the Bistro Lisbeth still runns out and scold them like children and big men get scared. Lisbeth have that Mother power and can even scold robbers into submission so shes a belloved character of the town and a bit of an iconic Guardian Angel. Both Freia and Lisbeth have green eyes and blond hair. Across the street from the bistro theres a Tailor lady with a clothing store that Grandmother Ida knows since way back. The whole town is very nice and a typical looking Scandinavian town with no trash or other problems. Theres a few pickpockets, robbers and bad people who sometimes walk around late at night to sell illegal things or try to robb people but thats usually only when its dark outside. Otherwise its considered a pretty peacefull and safe town. Linn and Grandmother Ida specially loves the Apple Pie and Swedish specials but they also serv exotic specials some days other then that its usually very tasty Swedish food combined with some fun dishes and cakes. The Kitchen staff is like a clan and Lisbeths the Cheiftan. In the Kitchen either Freia or Sven is considered Lisbeths closest chefs but she pushes them even harder when they cook. The young bussboy is Peter. The dishwasher and cleaner is Johan and he sometimes gets cooking tasks to learn but Lisbeth always have to scold him and sometimes send him home to teach him a leason. Sven is a good chef but Lisbeth is the real deal and she has been cooking her whole life. Lisbeth was originally and educated baker but she decided food was the passion and the extreeme goal.
