Character Backstory: Lisa grew up among a wealthy and powerful family, her parents, uncles, aunts, and siblings all had powerful mutations that allowed them to stand at the top of the world. World Building: Decades years ago the world under went a massive change, people all over began to mutate, either developing abilities, physically changing, or sometimes a combination of the two. With people mutating society as it was known changed, governments collapsed and for a while anarchy reigned, it was only in the past twenty years that the world finally began to return to some semblance of normalcy, new governments were set up, rules and organizations for mutated individuals were implemented. Not everyone liked this though, some wanted to return to chaos, some wanted to rule over everything, and some just wanted to benefit themselves, thankfully with the new systems in place other mutated individuals were willing or contracted to step in and stop them. Not everyone mutated though, in fact those who mutated are in the minority, and no new mutated appear, the only way a new mutated person appears is if they are the child of a already mutated individual, when a mutation awakens it is unknown what is does and how it works, the individual and those close to them have to work together to figure it out and discover the intricacies of the mutation. Even though the mutated aren't in the majority they do hold a powerful and important place in society, as their mutations usually allow them to perform amazing acts and feat which are massively helpful. Those who aren't mutated must work harder to stand out as so many roles and jobs prefer a mutated individual, making anyone unremarkable who isn't mutated have to struggle through life.
