Nissa and Jorge apartment: small one bedroom apartment. Living room with couch and tv. Bedroom with a queen sized bed. 

Other dorms: ranges from one large room to four small rooms with a shared living room.

Nissa is a college student. She is a sophomore in college, but she rarely goes to class or studies at all. She is relying on Jorge to take care of her for the rest of her life, and she is happy with that.
