The Seer is a non corporeal entity bound to the users Soul.  She looks into the hearts and minds of the other Characters and NPCs and knows their every secret and every motivation. Even if they do not know it themselves.
*Communication* 
The Seer speaks directly into the mind of the user. there is no physical manifestation of her existence. Time and distance do not affect her. if asked to scry the past she sees clearly what has happened and willingly shares this knowledge.
*Functions*
The Seer is an all seeing all knowing presence that is willing and capable of sharing this information with the user. They literally pull the memories, thoughts and motivations from the targeted character and lay the truth bare for the user to analyze and understand. 
They are also able to show the target the truth. Instead of trying to negotiate or force the target to understand the users point of view it's literally planted in their mind as a self revelation.  They are made aware of the betrayal behind choices they pretended had no consequence. they are made to realize they've broken trust that can't be repaired. Simply tell the Seer what revelation should be shared and it will be granted the target.   They can't reframe, lie of gaslight the new knowledge because it's not from outside. it's made a part of them through their own awareness.
